Our AC unit died on the 3ed of July , Franzen had a tech here to access my situation and we needed a total AC overhaul of our 30 year old unit.
We were quoted a good price and great finance option I qualified for.
We just had our new unit installed by their crew and could not be happier , we signed up for the service on the new unit and our older boiler.

Jason from Franzen came out within a hour after calling, during a heat wave. Jason was very knowledgeable, nice, quick and explained everything! He had my air conditioner up and running in a half hour! I will use Franzen again.

I had an old furnace and AC unit that was over 26 years old and had been giving me trouble; leaking refrigerant, short cycling, etc. I got quotes from a few other companies in the area, but Franzen stood out as the best choice overall.

Logan came out to check out my system and gave me some solid recommendations. He was friendly, very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I never felt rushed or pressured, which I really appreciated.

The billing process was smooth as well. Julia was quick to respond to my questions, even after hours, which made everything easier.

The installers, Shaun and Ryan, were professional, polite, and did an excellent job installing both the furnace and AC units.

So far, I’ve been very happy with the new Trane system Franzen installed. It keeps the temperature steady without constantly running like my old unit did. Overall, a great experience from start to finish.
